Privacy policy – GDPR
General Information
This information concerns the protection and processing of personal data of natural persons in connection with the business operations of 3T Treats Sp. z o.o., pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
As of 25 May 2018, GDPR became applicable across the European Union, requiring all entities that access and process personal data to do so in accordance with its provisions.
As a data controller, 3T Treats Sp. z o.o. is also obligated to apply these regulations in the processing of personal data.
I. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data and Retention Period

3T Treats Sp. z o.o. collects personal data of clients, employees, and associates for business purposes. The data is used solely during the term of the agreement and for its execution.
- In particular, data is processed for:
2.1. concluding and performing obligations arising from contracts,
2.2. submitting sales offers,
2.3. sending correspondence related to the company’s operations and offered products/services via mail or electronic means,
2.4. providing service and handling complaints,
2.5. pursuing claims or participating in legal/administrative proceedings,
2.6. marketing and advertising the company’s business.
3. Personal data will be stored for:
3.1. the duration of the agreement and related claims,
3.2. the time period required by law,
3.3. the period necessary to resolve complaints or claims related to the business.
II. Types of Processed Personal Data
- full name,
- email address,
- residential address,
- mailing address,
- contact phone number,
- PESEL number (national ID),
- tax identification number (NIP),
- ……… (other relevant data)
III. Information and Access to Personal Data
Each person whose data is processed by 3T Treats Sp. z o.o. has the right to:
- confirm whether their data is being processed,
- access their personal data,
- obtain information about:
3.1. purpose of processing,
3.2. type of data processed,
3.3. categories of recipients,
3.4. planned data retention period, - receive a copy of the processed data,
- correct inaccurate personal data,
- complete missing personal data,
- restrict data processing in case of irregularities,
- delete data processed unlawfully or without valid consent,
transfer data to another controller in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
IV. Data Disclosure
3T Treats Sp. z o.o. may disclose personal data to:
- employees and cooperating entities,
- legal and consultancy service providers,
- IT service providers,
- medical and insurance service providers as per agreements,
- postal and courier service providers, to the extent required for business operations.
V. Right to Withdraw Consent
Anyone who has given consent to data processing has the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of processing prior to the withdrawal.
VI. Right to Erasure (“Right to Be Forgotten”
The data subject may request immediate deletion of their data when:
- data is no longer necessary for its original purpose,
- consent is withdrawn,
- an objection is lodged,
- data was processed unlawfully,
- deletion is required by law,
data was collected in relation to online services for minors under Article 8(1) GDPR.
VII. Right to Object
A data subject has the right to object to processing of their data for reasons related to their specific situation. In such a case, 3T Treats Sp. z o.o. may not continue processing unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or for legal claims.
VIII. Right to File a Complaint
If a data subject believes that their data is being processed unlawfully, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
